The Scale Jail 30 Degree Elbow can be installed on either the inlet or outlet of the device.
Features
    • Connect to a 2" fire sprinkler main drain discharge while conducting annual or semi annual testing.
    • If connected to a public water supply that is treated with chlorine, drop two tablets of ascorbic acid into the chamber and remove chlorine levels while conducting your testing.
    • Contain scale or debris while performing branch line and main flushing on sprinkler systems.
    • Containing the scale is a great way to show your customer the importance of maintaining their sprinkler system, this also adds credibility to why your performing this service and justifying the cost.
    • This can also be used to flush fire hydrants
    • Dechlorinate water being flushed from fire hydrants (We recommend using sodium sulfite tablets for this application).
